As I recently have a little time, I was browsing on the web a few days ago. Looking to find fresh, challenging thoughts, inspiring meals that I’ve never tested before, to surprise my family with. Hunting for a while but could not come across lots of interesting stuff. Right before I thought to give up on it, I stumbled on this scrumptious and easy treat simply by chance. The dessert seemed so delicious on its photos, that called for instant action.
It absolutely was not difficult to imagine how it’s created, its taste and how much my husband is going to enjoy it. Mind you, it is quite easy to please him in terms of puddings. Yes, I’m a blessed one. Or perhaps he is.Anyhow, I visited the website: Ambitiouskitchen and followed the detailed instuctions that have been coupled with nice shots of the task. It just makes life much simpler. I could imagine that it’s a bit of a hassle to shoot photos in the midst of cooking in the kitchen as you may most often have sticky hands therefore i seriously appreciate the commitment she put in to build this post and recipe conveniently followed.
That being said I’m encouraged presenting my own, personal recipe in a similar way. Many thanks the idea.
I was tweaking the initial mixture create it for the taste of my loved ones. I’ve got to tell you it turned out an awesome success. They loved the taste, the overall look and loved having a treat like this during a hectic week. They basically wanted lots more, more and more. Hence the next time I am not going to commit the same mistake. I am likely to twin the amount to make them pleased.
Here is a fun and festive breakfast time it is possible to serve to your loved ones on July 4th or any other patriotic holiday – Berry Patriotic Yogurt Parfait. These parfaits are very healthy therefore an easy task to make. They’re much like fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt but without all of the added sugar and with a big helping of fresh berries at the top. You may be tempted to utilize store-bought jam to make these parfaits but I urge you not to, as it uses less than two a few minutes to prep the raspberry chia jam and you will be rewarded with the most delicious, nice, tart, jam you’ve ever tasted! (The technique for making this jam works with frozen blueberries too.)
To help make the raspberry chia jam place 1 1/2 mugs of frozen raspberries in a small glass bowl, microwave them about high for 1 minute, and then mash them up with the tines of the fork. Add 2 teaspoons of sugars, stir, and microwave again for 30 secs to dissolve all of the sugar.
Insert 1 tablespoon of chia seed products and stir the mixture prior to transferring it to a jar or other storage pot. Cover and refrigerate the jam for several hours or right away. Since it cools, the chia seed products become hydrated and expand, thickening the mixture and turning it into jam.
After the jam has thickened, just layer the ingredients into a pint size mason jar and it’s really ready for serving. The nutrition facts to get a Berry Patriotic Yogurt Parfait are impressive – 10 grams of proteins and 9 grams of fiber. However, most amazing is the lower sugar content. Think about this: a 6 ounce offering of one of the very most popular national brands of fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt (blueberry flavor) provides 24 grams of glucose. An equal size serving of the Berry Patriotic Yogurt Parfait has only 11 grams of sugar free ice creams – less than half the sugars! That’s huge!
These delicious Berry Patriotic Yogurt Parfaits are so very therefore patriotic you’ll forget how nutritious they are! For anyone who is looking for a nice salad to create around the 4th check out my Berry Patriotic Salad with Gluten-Free Superstar Croutons post. Happy Independence Day!

Utilizing the tines of the fork, mash in the raspberries until all the berries are damaged apart into really small pieces as well as the mixture is fairly liquid-y. Add the glucose and stir. Place the dish back the microwave for another 30 seconds then add the chia seed products and mix well.
Place the jam within the refrigerator for many hours or overnight to thicken.
